1. Introduction

Welcome to Vynk. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or our services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. For Businesses

Businesses may post campaigns offering rewards or compensation in exchange for promotional content. You agree to fulfill all rewards promised to Influencers upon satisfactory completion of the agreed deliverables. Vynk is not a party to the agreements entered into between Businesses and Influencers.

4. For Influencers

Influencers agree to provide honest, original content that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored). Failure to deliver agreed content may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of pending rewards.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Using automated systems (bots) to access the Service or inflate metrics.
• Posting false or misleading content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vynk and its licensors. User-generated content remains the property of the creator, but by posting it, you grant Vynk a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vynk, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
